Globalisation Globalisation has seen consumers be able to buy goods overseas and has brought opportunities for businesses to expand but has also brought increased competition. This has made Apple have to increase innovation to gain advantages over the increased competition. Globalisation has made it easier to transport goods as geographical location and distance has become less important and has enabled Apple to be based and operate in multiple countries.

For example Apple designs its products in the USA and manufactures its products in China and other regions where cost is cheaper. This has been made possible due to globalisation. Globalisation has increased the flow of goods, people, finance and information and has opened up new markets. This has meant Apple has increased its amount and quality production to meet the wants of new global consumers which has in turn led to the huge expansion in revenue and growth of the company.
